Your Return Rights
The Perfect Noggin can be returned for a refund, minus outbound shipping, if you inform us of your wish to do so within 14 days of receipt and return it within a further 14 days (as evidenced by your tracking information).
To exercise your right of return, please inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to: sales@contourimports.co.uk
Goods returned without prior approval will not be reimbursed.
If your return is approved, we will reimburse your payment, minus outbound shipping, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order.
Due to the nature of the product, we will not accept returns after this time interval and we will not issue a full refund if the product appears damaged or worn through unnecessary handling or use.
Blemished models are not eligible for refunds.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us unless the item is damaged, defective, or faulty.
With various warehouse locations, please email sales@contourimports.co.uk for return instructions.
We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Goods that do not meet the above ‘Conditions for Returns’ will not be reimbursed.
Incorrect Address
If you, the customer, enter an incorrect delivery address on your order and your goods are returned to our warehouse as ‘undeliverable’, we will issue a refund less our shipping costs (as above). You will then need to place a new order.
