Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (within the UK)

Standard shipping costs are added at checkout for destinations within the UK. We dispatch every working day, using DHL. For orders within Great Britain, these are sent with Next Working Day delivery. For Northern Ireland, the far north of Scotland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, it is 48 hour delivery.

Upon dispatch, an email with tracking information will be sent for all orders.

International Shipping

For orders within the EU, we aim for delivery within 5 working days where possible. Delays to EU deliveries are usually caused by Customs clearance and payment of any applicable duty so we advise you to keep an eye out for an email from the shipping agent who will inform you of the procedure for paying this. If you are in Romania, please email for details of how to complete a faster purchase.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email with tracking information.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed as soon as the online purchase is finalised. Your order will be shipped the same business day if possible, or the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

You can expect a shipment confirmation email with your tracking details once the courier receives details of your order through The Perfect Noggin website. The shipping details will be sent to the email address registered with your account or the email used during the checkout process. The tracking number will be supplied by email once the courier is in possession of your parcel.

Order Delays

If the dispatch of your order is delayed by us for any reason, we will inform you promptly and provide a revised estimated date for dispatch and delivery. The priority of delivery within the chosen shipment method is determined by the carrier. If the carrier is holding or delaying your parcel, please contact them for the whereabouts of your parcel - we cannot control carrier delays. Estimated transit times may vary.

Lost and Stolen Items

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by a courier. We recommend monitoring your tracking information to confirm that your package is delivered to a secure location. If your package is reported as lost or stolen, we recommend you file a claim with the courier service, and we will assist you throughout this process. Once your parcel has departed from our warehouse, the responsibility for handling it transfers to the courier.
